Submit your story

Issues become real when we humanize them. Whether gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, straight, or questioning… everyone has a story.

We want to hear yours.

As a thank you, we will send you a free sticker when you submit your story. Display it proudly, and support reconciliation between the Church and the LGBT community!

  1. Ever since finding this site I have been inspired to get my story put together and now I’ve just been hanging on to it without sharing. I think my reservations are that I feel like it is too long and am not sure if it is what you are wanting. Is there a way for you to check it out and let me know if it is okay before displaying it for anybody to see? Regardless, it has been good for me.

    • Of course, Josha! Once you hit the “submit” button, it will simply email me your story. It will not appear on the site until I approve and post it. But I always post the stories, unless the author has reservations. It is ultimately your decision. It doesn’t matter how long your testimony is… it’s YOUR story, and it’s important. Thanks for being willing to share your journey! I’m looking forward to reading it!🙂

    • I just received your testimony, and it is beautiful! I will post it tonight after I get off work. Thank you so much for sharing. I definitely relate. I think a LOT of people will.🙂

  2. I came across your website just today. What a blessing! Thank to all the courageous souls who have posted their stories for us to read. How many have read these stories and thought “that’s me?!” They also reminded me of many a discussion I’ve had in the past. Growing up the daughter of a Baptist minister taught me many glorious things, but also led to many years of unreconciled queries .. Until I decided to stop going to people for the answes, and talk to God
    Instead
    Keep up the great work

    • “…I decided to stop going to people for the answers, and talk to God instead.” Oh, how I relate to that! Thank you so much for sharing. God bless you!
